Coaching & Support
Your Monthly Membership includes structured coaching to help you start with clarity and stay on track.
You will receive:
- 1 × 1.5-hour 1-to-1 coaching session (worth £90) at the start of your membership
- A follow-up 1-to-1 coaching session at the 3-month point (while your membership remains active)
In your initial session, we will:
- Assess your current training level and experience
- Identify key areas to focus on
- Build a clear, personalised training structure
The 3-month session is used to review progress and refine your direction based on results.
